Autoclave cure prepreg resins require high cure times and therefore allow for better material longevity
High Strength to Weight Ratio
The autoclave curing process pulls all excess resin out of a part.
This allows for the lightest, most consistent product.
High Quality Surface Finish
The pressure/vacuum process of the autoclave cure makes for near perfect
surface finish. Any air bubbles or voids are pulled out during the
cycle.
Fully Automated
Our fully programable, computerized autoclave cure cycles ensure that
each part is made to the same specifications. This process
achieves complete uniformity between parts in multiple runs.

I wanted genuine carbon fiber panels on my bike to replace the faux carbon plastic ones I had on there. These genuine carbon fiber panels, from Fyber Mods exceeded my expectations. They are beautiful! The craftsmanship is top notch, and the fit and finish of the installed panels is far better and fits tighter than the other aftermarket panels I had on there, and even the stock panels that came on the bike.
