CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email admin@fybermods.com if you need to cancel an order. Email timestamp will be used to determine eligibility. A full refund will be issued if the order has not been shipped and/or is not pending fabrication. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the initial freight charge, the return freight charge, and a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 5-7 business days to process the refund. Once a credit card is processed for purchase of an item, the order is non-refundable without a 6% restocking fee, even if the items have not shipped. We cannot reverse a credit card charge without incurring a fee from the credit card processing company, and must pass that along to the ordering customer. There are no refunds for pre-order parts or deposits for pre-order parts.

Products

Our goal is to provide best-in-class product to our customers. All products are tested in development and inspected prior to shipment. In the event there is an issue with one of our products, please email us photos / explanation of the problem. If resolution is possible, we will send you replacement product after the original part is returned to Fybermods. No refunds will be issued for defective parts. Only exchanges or store credit may be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SHIPMENTS

Upon receiving your order from Fybermods, you must inspect all parts and advise within 24 hours if there are any missing or damaged parts. Fybermods will not be held responsible for perceived / actual damage or missing parts beyond 24 hours after receipt by customer.

Returns

Item details and pictures are accurate descriptions of the product you are purchasing. Therefore, we do not accept returns due to customer negligence when purchasing. No exceptions. Any unauthorized packages returned without original packaging and RMA number will be refused and send back to the customer. Freight collect and CAD packages will not be accepted. There are absolutely no refunds for any used items regardless of damage or performance. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

International Returns

There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any international orders, including Canada/Mexico. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.

Fybermods, any of its affiliates, agents, associated LLCs, and/or owner(s) will not be responsible or held responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly to any vehicle, motorcycle, 3-wheeled vehicle, or any person. Due to the nature of the products sold by Fybermods, all products are considered aftermarket modifications chosen by customers to alter their vehicle from OEM design by their own free will. Fybermods will not be held responsible for any and all charges related to inspections, service, vehicle manufacturer warranty, and/or labor of said items.
